Future Cargo Group is a fast-growing international freight forwarding company specializing in temperature-controlled and general road transport across Europe.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Road Freight Procurement Manager to strengthen our carrier network and secure transport capacity throughout Europe.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and expand our European carrier network.
- Identify, source and onboard reliable transport companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hauliers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and transport agreements.
- Secure daily transport capacity for customer shipments.
- Monitor market developments and identify new carrier opportunities.
- Evaluate carrier performance and maintain high service standards.
- Work closely with our Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Represent Future Cargo Group when visiting carriers and industry partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Road Freight Procurement, Carrier Management or Transport Procurement.
- Existing network of transport companies is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Good understanding of the European road freight market.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
